Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium, hands-on demonstrations of wearables and mixed reality at The Galleria. You will educate customers, guide them through purchases, and create a memorable, high‑level shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, communicative, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering world‑class service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Comfort with new technology and demos.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert, explaining features and benefits to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos and hands-on experiences for wearables and MR.
• Guide customers through purchases using the POS system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs with support from the Retail Manager.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and engaging; assist with store operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth customer journeys.
