Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a part-time Meta Experience Expert at Lennox Square Mall in Atlanta. You will deliver hands-on demos of wearable and mixed-reality tech, educate customers, and guide them through purchases using the client’s POS system.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, tech-savviness, and outstanding customer service, with weekly pay and training provided. The candidate should be comfortable working evenings and weekends, be detail-oriented, and able to energize

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert and clearly articulate features, benefits, and real-world impact to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos showcasing wearables and MR tech and how they transform play, learning, work, and interaction.
• Guide customers through transactions using the client's POS system for a smooth buying experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs with action plans when targets fall short.
• Perform daily operations tasks including opening/closing procedures and maintaining engaging displays.
• Bring positive team energy, collaborate, and support store operations with a proactive attitude.
