Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Meta Experience Expert in Scottsdale to deliver premium, hands-on demonstrations of wearable and mixed-reality technologies. You will educate customers, guide them through transformative tech experiences, and convert demos into delighted new users.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and exceptional communicators who provide world-class customer service while supporting sales goals and maintaining smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert! Build a deep understanding of our client’s wearable and mixed-reality products—including accessories—and confidently articulate their features, benefits, and real-world impact to every customer.
• Deliver unforgettable demos. Create immersive, hands-on experiences that showcase how mixed reality and wearable technology can transform the way customers play, learn, work, and interact with the world around them.
• Support seamless purchases. Guide customers through transactions using our client's POS system to ensure a smooth, efficient buying experience.
• Drive results. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators. When targets fall short, partner with the Retail Manager to build action plans that get results.
• Keep the experience running smoothly. Execute daily operational tasks—including opening and closing procedures—and ensure all interactive displays are functioning, clean, and engaging for customers.
• Bring positive team energy. Arrive on time with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to support team goals, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Be adaptable. Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experience.
