Hokanson-Companies,-Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time watchman for a downtown high-rise. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with occasional shift coverage and some holiday hours.

The role requires security experience, a neat appearance, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate with tenants and maintenance staff. Basic computer skills are expected to support daily operations.

Part-time Watchman position available at an Indianapolis downtown high-rise building. Hours are Monday through Friday 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM. Shift coverage at other times may be needed. Some holiday hours required. Security experience of 3 years minimum. Will be interacting with tenants and maintenance staff. Must have neat appearance, able to communicate and knowledge of basic computer skills. Must be reliable and have own transportation.
