Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21 years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations; driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and incident response.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
