Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values and post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology during each shift.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and follow dress code.
• Interact with internal and external customers to maintain a service-focused environment.
• Report information to the Dedicated Branch Supervisor.
• Care for Signal equipment including radios, access keys/ cards, vehicles, and devices.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet benchmarks set by supervision.
