Hokanson Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time watchman for a downtown Indianapolis high-rise. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with some holiday hours as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of security experience, can interact with tenants and maintenance staff, and maintains a neat appearance with basic computer skills. Reliable transportation is required to report to site.

Some holiday hours required. Security experience of 3 years minimum. Will be interacting with tenants and maintenance staff. Must have neat appearance, able to communicate and knowledge of basic computer skills. Must be reliable and have own transportation.
