Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in the Dallas area is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work 7:00 PM–Approximately 9:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, at an assigned apartment community. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport waste to the dumpster, and help keep properties clean.

This role is outdoors in all weather, requiring a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a reliable smartphone for coordination. Pay is $400 biweekly plus paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.

• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
