Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal, LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for a Sunday–Thursday evening shift in the Garland area of Texas. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling at an assigned apartment community and help keep the grounds clean.

Responsibilities include transporting waste to dumpsters, picking up litter, documenting violations, and completing routes safely. Must have a pickup truck, valid license, insurance, and a smartphone with data.

Qualifications

• When available, you must be self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current auto insurance.

Pay: $400 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.
