Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Coppell, TX seeks a dependable Valet Trash Technician for Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM to about 10:30 PM at an apartment community.

You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport to dumpsters, and document violations. Pay is $400 or $650 biweekly plus paid holidays; candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.
