Job summary

Paycom in Denton, TX is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as a Valet Trash Technician. You will work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – approximately 9:00 PM.

Compensation: $320 biweekly plus paid holidays. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
