Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Melissa, TX is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to about 10:30 PM. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling at an apartment community, help keep surroundings clean, and work independently.

Requirements include being at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, able to walk long distances and climb stairs, outdoors in all weather, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance, and a

• When 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances incl. stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – Approximately 10:30 PM

Pay: $340 biweekly (paid biweekly) + Paid Holidays

We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team. As a Valet Trash Technician, you'll work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck not required(highly recommended)
• 18+ years of age(High School Diploma or GED)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
