Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work flexible shifts up to 5 days a week.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintain attendance and submit timecards.
• Lead group meetings and coordinate evaluations with management.
• Determine best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervise daily activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
