Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train/develop workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Provide ongoing safety and skills training and conduct regular evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
