UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. Idaho is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance.

You will train and develop workgroups, set high standards for accuracy and service, and build strong relationships with employees, management and customers. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent, ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs, and flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
