Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), can lift 70 lbs, and can work flexible shifts up to five days per week in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and department, station, and governmental requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; drives continuous improvement.
