Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. seeks a warehouse supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance, and to train workgroups toward high standards of accuracy and customer service.

You will build strong relationships across departments and drive proactive communication. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and the ability to lift 70 lbs, with flexible shifts and preferred management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Ensure high standards for account productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
• Manage department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.
