Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. You will train, develop and supervise workgroups, maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

You will collaborate with management and frontline staff to drive continuous improvement and a positive team culture. The role requires a bachelor's degree or international equivalent, the ability to lift 70 lbs, flexible shifts, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
