UPS is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will uphold high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilités

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and cultivates positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Implements employee development plans and ensures ongoing orientation, training, and coaching.
