Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, operates a high-volume last-mile distribution network. The role sits in a temperature-controlled warehouse, performing loading, picking, and leadership tasks to keep orders moving accurately and safely.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with pallet jacks and forklifts, using RF scanners and a VoCollect headset for precise picking, cycle counts, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow strict procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts; forklift certification required).
• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per company standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
