Calder Casino in Miami Gardens, FL is seeking a part-time Warehouse Receiver to join the Receiving Bay team. You will handle receiving from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and F&B vendors, verify counts, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of warehouse receiving experience, basic MS Word/Excel skills, and a valid Florida Gaming License.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse receiving experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Valid Florida Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Performs receiving functions for all departments, including unloading, inspecting for damage, and verifying quantities against PO or invoices.
• Records receiving information and forwards packing slips to the Purchasing Manager.
• Determines economical shipping methods and packages shipments, maintains a log of mail/shipments.
• Coordinates damage claims with carriers and vendors; routes items to appropriate departments.
• Assists in delivering received products to storage areas and outlets; supports inventory maintenance.
