Job summary

Calder Casino is seeking a part-time Warehouse Receiver to join the receiving bay team in Miami Gardens, FL. The role supports all departments by receiving orders from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and F&B vendors, inspecting items, and ensuring accurate counts.

You will work with Purchasing and Food & Beverage leadership to store and distribute goods, track shipments, and help keep the receiving area safe, clean, and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse receiving experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and online tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, and verifies quantities against PO/invoices.
• Records receiving data in the system and notifies Purchasing.
• Packages shipments and applies shipping labels as needed.
• Maintains orderly receiving area and ensures safety and compliance.
• Distributes items to designated departments and coordinates with vendors.
