Job summary

5.11 is seeking a Stock Supervisor in Albuquerque to oversee the stockroom operations, manage inventory flow, and support store leadership in meeting customer demand. You’ll supervise daily tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain smooth operations behind the scenes.

• Experience supervising stockroom or warehouse operations.
• Strong inventory management and loss-prevention focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders.
• Oversee order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing/receiving to maintain stock accuracy.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure correct order fulfillment and reduce returns.
• Lead and delegate merchandise processing, replenishment, and recovery of sales floor to brand standards.
• Support daily operations including restocking, merchandising, and keeping a clean, organized environment.
