Honey & Stitch Club is a Denver-based baby and toddler clothing rental company designed to make dressing growing kids easier, more sustainable, and less wasteful.
Families can rent clothing through our membership, return or swap pieces as their children grow, and shop select items directly. Because our inventory is constantly moving between customers and our warehouse, accurate inventory management and reliable fulfillment are a critical part of the customer experience.
We are a growing startup, which means this role is currently small in hours but important in responsibility.
We are looking for a highly organized, dependable person to help manage inventory and fulfillment at our Denver warehouse for approximately 5–8 hours per week.
Initially, the schedule will generally be the same day each week, although the exact hours can be flexible. As the company grows, we would also like this person to have some flexibility to occasionally assist with one-off warehouse needs or errands when something urgent comes up.
This is a hands-on role involving clothing, inventory, packing orders, barcoding products, and updating inventory in Shopify.
You do not need to be an expert in Shopify when you start, but you should be comfortable learning technology and following detailed processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
This role would be a good fit for someone who is:
Reliable transportation is required, as you will need to work from our Saltbox warehouse at 4800 Dahlia Street in Denver and may occasionally need to handle local errands.
We want to be transparent about the type of person who will succeed in this role.
We are a very flexible company when it comes to scheduling and how the work gets done, but we are particular about accuracy and follow-through.
Customer experience is one of our highest priorities, especially at this stage of the business. A missed item, incorrect SKU, inaccurate inventory count, or forgotten shipping supply can directly affect a customer's order.
We are looking for someone who naturally double-checks their work and takes ownership of making sure things are done correctly.
The role will begin at approximately 5–8 hours per week, generally on one consistent day each week.
Hours can be relatively flexible.
Over time, there may also be occasional opportunities for additional hours when we receive new inventory, have larger fulfillment needs, or need help with a one-off warehouse issue.
We are a growing startup, and while this position currently requires only a handful of hours each week, we are open to expanding the role for the right person.
If you have skills beyond warehouse and inventory work, we would love to hear about them.
