Job summary

Listings Project is seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate in Brooklyn, NY to support our Fulfillment & Operations Teams. This hands-on role ensures orders are packed with care, inventory is accurate, and shipments go out on time.

You’ll join a young, fast-growing brand and contribute to building the operational foundation for our creative work. Based in our Brooklyn studio (Dumbo), you’ll work part-time, with a schedule around Tuesday–Thursday, 10 AM–6 PM preferred, and a $20/hour rate paid

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse or retail operations.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Familiarity with inventory and order management tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, Pack, and Ship customer orders with accuracy.
• Restock supplies and report inventory levels.
• Receive deliveries, unpack, check and store items.
• Maintain a tidy, efficient workspace.
• Spot-check products for damage or defects before shipping.
• Support fulfillment and operations data entry.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes as the company scales.

We’re looking for aPart-Time Fulfillment Associateto support our Fulfillment & Operations Teams. This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys making sure the little details are done right. You’ll be an essential part of the team that helps our customers — including independent boutiques, multi‑brand retailers, and individual direct‑to‑consumer customers — receive beautiful, error‑free products on time, with clear & prompt communication along the way. What You’ll Do:

• Pick, Pack, and Ship: Assemble customer orders with care & accuracy
• Inventory Help: Restock supplies, count items, and report inventory levels or issues
• Receive Deliveries: Assist with unpacking, checking, and storing inbound shipments
• Keep the Space Tidy: Maintain a clean and efficient work area
• Quality Control: Spot-check products for damage or defects before they go out the door
• Data Entry & Management: Support fulfillment and operations efforts
• Contribute to Team Growth: Bring ideas for improving systems, tools, and processes as Apply scales

• Can lift boxes (up to ~30 lbs) & move around during shifts

• Have prior fulfillment, warehouse, or retail experience
• Have an interest in design, art, or consumer products (a plus!)

• Claude - to help troubleshoot problems on the floor and suggest ways to make our processes run smoother

The Details:

• $20/hour, paid biweekly
• Part-time (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 AM - 6 PM, but open to other day combinations)
