Azar International Inc is seeking a motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to join our Kingston, PA warehouse team. You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding new hires, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll processing and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Prior HR or administrative support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS, MS Office, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Available to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with recruiting efforts such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking for warehouse staff.
• Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for warehouse employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and warehouse communications.
