Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service is seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join the team. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with competitive pay of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE, and opportunities to contribute to logistics and admin tasks.

You will manage inventory records, process shipments, and coordinate with carriers and customers, while supporting administrators and warehouse teams in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics training a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
• Must work in a non-climate-controlled environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with inventory software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related data using computer software and databases.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including order entry, packing, and shipping coordination with clients.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely order updates.
• Assist scheduling deliveries and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Provide support to customers with inquiries and order updates.
• Assist warehouse managers with various administrative tasks.
