Hackbarth Delivery Service is seeking a part-time Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join our team. You will perform routine clerical tasks, data entry, and form preparation to support warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy and organization, with responsibilities spanning inventory data entry, shipment processing, and administrative coordination. Training and support are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse data.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including order entry, packing, and shipping coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely order updates.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and coordinating with carriers.
• Provide support to customers regarding inquiries and order updates.
• Assist warehouse managers and supervisors with administrative tasks.
