Job summary

The Wesleyan in Georgetown, TX is seeking a part-time Waitstaff member to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care dining team. This 20-hour-per-week role requires availability on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, delivering attentive dining experiences to residents with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, salads, and desserts; setting up the dining room; serving meals; assisting with tray preparation and meal census; and maintaining

• General cleaning duties: May include dishes, pots and pans, equipment, dining room, floors, tables, work areas, etc.
• Count and post meal census.
• Put away groceries and supplies.
• Cross-train for all positions within the department, as assigned by the supervisor.
• May be responsible for the proper disposal of trash.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Director of Dining Service.

We are currently looking for a part-time Waitstaffperson to work within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community of The Wesleyan. Experience working as a Waitstaff and/or Server in a restaurant, healthcare, education, or senior living environment along with outstanding customer service and a passion for providing an excellent dining experience will be essential to your success as a Server at The Wesleyan.
