Job summary

Feed My Starving Children in Eagan, MN is seeking a part-time Program Facilitator to welcome volunteers, deliver inspiring briefings, and support our mission to feed hungry children. This role emphasizes hospitality and engaging group presentations in a faith-based volunteer context.

You’ll lead large-group presentations, assist with warehousing tasks, ensure smooth packing sessions, and participate in monthly meetings.

Responsibilities

• Greet volunteers warmly and provide clear instructions.
• Deliver engaging large-group presentations about FMSC's mission and procedures.
• Perform warehousing tasks and assist with lifting and tool use.
• Ensure packing sessions run smoothly and track meals produced.
• Lead a Christian prayer over packed meals when invited.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe facility including laundry and cleaning tasks.
• Support the team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
