Job summary

Feed My Starving Children in Tempe, AZ is seeking a part-time Program Facilitator to engage volunteers and share the organization’s mission. You will present high-energy, welcoming introductions and guide packing sessions while ensuring safety and a positive volunteer experience.

Responsibilities include hosting large-group presentations about FMSC’s impact, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with warehousing tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional hospitality to our volunteers.
• Deliver engaging presentations about FMSC's mission.
• Lead packing sessions and track meal production.
• Perform warehousing tasks and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet volunteers warmly and answer questions.
• Deliver polished large-group presentations.
• Perform warehousing tasks: lift 30-50 lbs, move inventory with pallet jack.
• Ensure packing sessions run smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe facility and assist with cleaning.
