Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act and lead with HEART values in daily store leadership.
• Execute merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and regional managers.
• Implement visual strategies to drive top line sales and brand consistency.
• Maintain visual standards as a team responsibility throughout the store.
• Replenish styling floor and address sale sections to optimize outfitting.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist on markdowns and re-merchandising.
