Job summary

Chamberlain University is seeking a Complex Adult Health/Critical Care Clinical Faculty (Part-Time) to support nursing education across Michigan campuses including Troy, Ann Arbor, and Monroe.

The role involves implementing curriculum, planning clinical experiences, supervising students, and evaluating performance. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with an MI RN license is required; teaching experience is preferred, and vaccination may be required per partner sites.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university
• Unencumbered nursing license in Michigan
• At least two years of teaching or precepting experience within the last five years
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required to teach at certain clinical partner sites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; genuine passion for nursing and education

Responsibilities

• Implements the College's philosophy, curriculum, outcomes and course objectives through clinical teaching
• Plans clinical experiences and provides direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students
• Grades assignments and records progress against course objectives
• Oversees clinical training at sites including Troy, Ann Arbor, and Monroe
