Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a friendly part-time Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to greet patients and guide them through the early steps of their eye care journey. You will help with preliminary testing and transition patients to the doctor, while keeping accurate records and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience considered a plus.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products and services.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance, restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones.
