Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking charismatic retail professionals to be the face of our brand. As a Part Time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead, you will guide customers through the Visionworks experience with friendly, human service and product knowledge.

You will meet daily sales goals, engage with customers, recommend eyewear and services, and support store operations. HS diploma required; benefits include Vision coverage, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is right the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary.
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed.
