Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part Time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead who will be the face of the store, guiding customers through their eyewear journey with warmth and knowledge of optics and our services. You will drive the customer experience and hit daily sales goals, ensuring patients leave with the right fit and confidence.

The role emphasizes hands-on product training, teamwork, and flexible shifts to support store operations and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed inLEADpositions only
