Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience and ensuring eyewear needs are met with expertise and a personable approach.

The role requires optical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while supporting store operations. Part-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits in the United States.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
