Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other organization)
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through excellent customer/patient experience
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs
• Measure patients for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continued training and development
• Support store operations, including opening/closing in LEAD roles only
