Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through an eye-care journey with expertise in optics and products. Prior optical experience and state licensing alignment are required for success.

Qualifications

12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals.
