Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone & math skills.
• Willingness to embrace new technology & maintain accuracy.
• Ability to sell through effective sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find best vision solutions.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician when needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain store displays, inventory, and the overall appearance of the store.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
