Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings when appropriate.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements with optical staff.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, ensuring displays are clean and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
