Job summary

Visionworks in the United States is seeking a friendly Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through eye health testing and product options with a simple, human and bold approach.

You will support the exam lane, help transition patients from doctor to sales floor, and maintain patient records to ensure a smooth experience. This part-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals.
