Job summary

Doral Centre Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team as a part-time client service representative. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, scheduling, and patient check-ins in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional client service and collaboration with doctors and technicians. Experience in veterinary client service is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of veterinary receptionist or client service experience.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
• Check in/out patients and maintain accurate records.
• Process invoices and client payments.
• Explain services and discharge instructions to clients.
• Coordinate prescriptions under veterinarian direction.
• Maintain organized front desk and lobby area.
