Job duties include, but are not limited to:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our clients and their pets meet. You'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the veterinary hospital running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet clients and patients, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Answer phone calls and emails, respond to questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule veterinary appointments and help manage daily hospital flow.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Communicate client concerns to the veterinary team and provide compassionate support during difficult situations.

This role involves working in a veterinary environment with animal-related odors, noises, waste, and potential exposure to bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.
