Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in Ruston, LA is seeking a friendly veterinary receptionist to welcome clients and their pets and keep the hospital running smoothly. You'll greet clients, manage a busy front desk, schedule appointments, process payments, answer calls and emails, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure compassionate service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary experience preferred (1 year is a plus).
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional with a passion for helping people and animals.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Job Description

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our clients and their pets meet. You'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the veterinary hospital running smoothly.
