About Us

FREP is a growing Equine Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Practice based in the Northern Colorado Front Range with monthly trips to Steamboat Springs and Laramie, WY. We are seeking a Part Time CSR and Marketing Assistant to join our team and grow with us as we expand our clinic and rehabilitation center in Berthoud, CO. We have amazing patients and clients of all disciplines, from high-end English and Western performance horses to the companion mini donkey. We pride ourselves on offering all of our patients the best in chiropractic care and state-of-the-art sports medicine to empower patients to realize their peak performance and remain comfortable while doing so.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, creative, customer service-oriented individual who aligns with our practice's mission, vision, and values to assist our Office Manager and Social Media/& Marketing Coordinators 16-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Client Support

• Answer incoming phone calls and monitor client messages through the practice's communication platform (RingCentral and ChckVet)
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Send, receive, and organize client and patient paperwork
• Accurately record and process client payments
• Maintain organized client and patient information
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service
• Assist the Office Manager with additional administrative tasks as needed

Social Media & Marketing Support

• Create social media and marketing content
• Schedule and post content across the practice's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Assist with maintaining consistent and engaging social media activity
• Create and distribute monthly newsletter
• Update and maintain practice website (managed by O360 on WordPress)
• Support the setup and breakdown of sponsored events, community events, and other marketing initiatives
• Coordinate the ordering and pickup of printed marketing materials, promotional items, and merchandise
• Assist the Social Media/& Marketing Coordinators with additional projects and campaigns as needed

This is a part-time hourly position.

Hours

The practice operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position would be on-site, 16-20 hours per week during regular business hours.
