Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to diagnose and treat veterans under supervision in Clarion, PA.

You will develop and implement patient management plans, ordering diagnostic tests and providing education, with strong emphasis on continuity of care. The role requires MSN, NP certification, VA credentialing, BLS/ACLS as applicable, DEA registration, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited nursing school and MSN-credentialed NP
• VA credentialing and licensure in-state or as required
• One year clinical experience in primary/ambulatory care preferred
• Current BLS (ACLS as per VA contract) and DEA registration
• English language proficiency and strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat veterans under supervising physician
• Perform/interpret diagnostic tests and manage care plans
• Provide patient education and chronic disease management
• Maintain documentation within 24 hours of encounters
• Ensure VA guidelines compliance and required certifications
