Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients and patients at the front desk.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system and inquiries.
• Process payments and schedule future appointments.
• Provide compassionate customer service during anxious or difficult news.
• Data entry and maintain organized records in the practice management system.
• Relay messages to clinical staff and flag urgent situations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and waiting area.
