• Follow up on appeals and determine status.
• Maintain relationships and coordinate with functions for timely responses.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility as needed.
• Follow up on authorizations and ensure timelines.
• Assist with document uploads and troubleshoot missing docs.
• Process mail and order office supplies; manage workload priorities.
