Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to join a dynamic, nationwide network of clinics. You’ll conduct assessments, diagnose and treat urgent care conditions, order tests, and perform procedures, all while collaborating with supervisors and peers for optimal patient outcomes.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with 4–5 patients per hour, enjoy a 2% 401(k) employer match, weekend/holiday bonuses, and productivity incentives up to 28% of base salary, plus

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: medical/master’s degree with valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform laceration repairs, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of clinicians and supervisors.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow with 4–5 patients per hour.
